WARNING: If spiders creep you out, I urge you to beware...but I could not pass up this opportunity to shoot the creepy crawler I found while gardening today carrying a sac of eggs! Nature absolutely amazes me!

nature IS amazing. she looks like a type of wolf spider. after the babies hatch, they carry them around on their backs for a while. dozens of tiny little baby spiders clinging to her butt... :)
